Closed Beta

JAIWAVE is currently in Closed Beta. Features, availability, and these terms may change without notice. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime or data-retention guarantee, while in beta.

Uploading a song

When you upload a song, you confirm you own the rights to the audio or have permission to upload it — the same confirmation you check at upload time. You are responsible for the accuracy of your AI-disclosure answer and for not uploading content that infringes someone else's rights or is otherwise unlawful.

Visibility you choose

You control whether each upload is Private (visible only to you) or Unlisted (reachable only by a direct link you choose to share). JAIWAVE does not make creator uploads public or searchable.

Removal

Content that violates these terms, or that a rights-holder reports as infringing, may be removed or have its visibility changed.

Curated catalog

Songs in JAIWAVE's own curated catalog are provided for listening within the app as part of the product experience.
